MTV Unplugged on social
A hand-picked collection of public posts from Instagram, TikTok, Threads and X connected to this era. This is a curated selection, not an automatic live feed: nothing appears here until a curator has opened the post and confirmed it belongs to the era.

Submit a TikTok
Found a public TikTok that belongs in the MTV Unplugged room? Send us the link. A curator checks every suggestion — account, caption and era relevance — before anything appears here.
02Discovery tags
These open Instagram tag results in a new tab. Tag results are unfiltered and may include posts unrelated to this era, so they supplement the curated collection rather than replace it.
Posts remain the property of their creators. Each one is linked to its source and, where the platform offers one, shown through that platform's own public embed — Instagram, TikTok, Threads or X. Where no embed is available, only a link is shown. An embed is a live window onto the original: if the creator edits or deletes the post, or the platform removes it, it disappears here too. The Sanctuary keeps a record of the link and its details, which is not the same as keeping a copy of the video. Creators may contact the Sanctuary for credit, correction, or removal.
